PET-CT - Procedures

PET-CT Scan (F18-FDG):

1. Check blood glucose test to ensure patient's blood glucose level is under 8.0 mmol/l.
2. Injection of Isotope (F18-FDG).
3. 60-90 min uptake time.
4. 15 min scan time.
5. Delayed scan may be required.
