Customer Service Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patients’ reception and appointments.
- Coordinate reports delivery.
- Maintain records and filing system in good order.
- Perform cashier duties.
Requirements:
- F.5 graduate or above, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare / medical industry preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Pleasant manner with good communication and customer service skills.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days’ work.
- No duty on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Shift duties required:
- Mon-Fri: 8-hour shift between 07:30 – 22:00 (subject to extensions based on operation needs).
- Sat: 4-hour shift between 07:30 – 16:00.
- Shift and Transportation Allowances provided for late evening duties.
