Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for patients’ reception and appointments.
  • Coordinate reports delivery.
  • Maintain records and filing system in good order.
  • Perform cashier duties.

Requirements: 

  • F.5 graduate or above, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in healthcare / medical industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Pleasant manner with good communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days’ work.
  • No duty on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Shift duties required:
    • Mon-Fri: 8-hour shift between 07:30 – 22:00 (subject to extensions based on operation needs).
    • Sat: 4-hour shift between 07:30 – 16:00.
  • Shift and Transportation Allowances provided for late evening duties.
