Online Booking Service
The Online Booking service in this website is to help clients request an appointment at the Department. Submitting the Online Booking form does not guarantee a successful appointment. The booking date and time is subject to change according to appointment availability. The Department staff will follow up every booking request with the client by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. A new booking schedule will be suggested in the event of any changes to the requested date and time. The Department shall not be liable for any consequences of any unsuccessful booking or request made via the Online Booking Service.

The Department is highly concerned to ensure all personal data submitted through this webpage are handled in strict adherence to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Personal data may be requested via the Online Booking form on this website which is completed and submitted by client voluntarily.
