Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for patients’ reception and appointments.
  • Coordinate reports delivery.
  • Keep records and filing system in good order.

Requirements: 

  • F.5 graduate or above with minimum two years of relevant working experience.
  • Working experience in healthcare / medical industry would be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Pleasant manner with good communication skill and good customer service skill.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days’ work.
  • Shift duties required.
    • Mon-Fri: 8 hours shift from 07:30 to 00:00.
    • Sat: 4 hours shift from 07:30 to 16:00.
  • No duty on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Transportation and Shift Allowances are provided for performing Late Evening Shift.
